Return & Refund Policy

No Returns · No Exchanges · No Refunds

All sales on Keshuveda are final. Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care and wellness products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any standard circumstances. Please read below for the limited exception cases.

Why We Have This Policy

Every Keshuveda product is handcrafted in small batches using 100% natural Ayurvedic ingredients with no preservatives. Our products are personal care items — once opened, used, or even delivered to a customer, they cannot be restocked or resold for hygiene and safety reasons.

This policy exists to protect the integrity of every product that reaches your hands — just as it left our Ba's kitchen in Gavadka, Gujarat.

We Do NOT Accept Returns For

Change of mind or personal preference
Products that have been opened or partially used
Allergic reactions — we strongly recommend a patch test before use
Delayed delivery caused by courier partners
Products ordered by mistake
Results not meeting personal expectations

Limited Exception — Damaged or Wrong Product

We will review your case and may offer a resolution only if you received a:

Physically damaged or broken product (damage during transit)
Incorrect product — a different item than what you ordered
Product with a compromised seal on delivery

To raise an exception request:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Email us at hello@keshuveda.com or WhatsApp us at +91 95109 13047
  3. Include your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, and a brief description of the issue
  4. Our team will review your case within 3–5 business days and respond accordingly

All decisions regarding exceptions are made at the sole discretion of Keshuveda and are final. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund or replacement.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, cancellation is not possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@keshuveda.com or call +91 95109 13047 with your order number.

Payment Failure & Double Charge

If your payment was deducted but you did not receive an order confirmation, please wait up to 24 hours for the payment gateway to resolve the transaction automatically. If the issue persists, contact us with your transaction ID and we will investigate promptly.

In the confirmed case of a double charge, a full refund for the duplicate transaction will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
