Keshuveda is an MSME-registered, women-led enterprise based in Gavadka, Amreli, Gujarat, India, selling 100% natural Ayurvedic hair care and skincare products.

We make every effort to accurately describe our products, including ingredients, usage instructions, and benefits. Product images may vary slightly from the actual product.

All our products are handcrafted using natural Ayurvedic ingredients. Individual results may vary. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a healthcare professional if you have specific skin or hair concerns.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product, pricing, or description at any time without prior notice.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Free shipping is applicable on orders above ₹999.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is collected by the delivery partner at the time of delivery.

We do not store any payment card information on our servers. All transactions are protected by Razorpay's PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance.

• We ship pan-India via Shiprocket-partnered courier services.
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
• Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, natural disasters, strikes, or events beyond our control.
• Ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully. Due to the nature of our handcrafted personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In the rare event of a damaged, defective, or wrong product being delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will review the issue and take appropriate action at our sole discretion.

All content on this website — including product images, descriptions, branding, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of Keshuveda. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Keshuveda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Amreli, Gujarat, India.
